Alta de Guatuso Project
Puriscal, Santiago, Costa Rica

The Alto de Guatuso Project is a 50 Acre (20 Hectare) parcel of country land,
located about 45 minutes North West of the City of San Jose,
at an elevation of 3,380 feet (1,000 Meters),
above the heat and bugs,
and 40 minutes from the "5 Star" CIMA Hospital.

As you drive North West from San Jose,
on a quality, paved and well-marked road, toward the Pacific Coast,
you arrive at a small town called Santiago Puriscal.

Another 2.5 miles of paved road takes you to Barbacoas & Piedades,
two smaller towns on the highest ridge,
where you suddenly overlook the Western Sunset,
the Gulf of Nicoya, The Nicoya Peninsula.
and the Pacific Ocean beyond ...

Another 1.2 miles further Westward of Piedades on a Public Lastre rock road,
and you arrive at the Alto de Guatuso Project,
bordered entirely to the West and South by Public Road,
and entirely to the East by an all-year-round stream.

The Alto de Guatuso Project offers
3+ Acre (1+ Hectare) to 16 acre parcels of land,
bordered by Public Road and year-round streams,
large enough to remain fincas (farms),
and large enough to offer the potential of further division if desired,
and offering the potential of both on-the-grid, or off-the-grid living,
